Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Wichita focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
