Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
