Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
