Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
