Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
