Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Facilities Group looks after properties across the Madison region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
