Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
