Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Buffalo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
