Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Nova Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
