Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
