Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Hartford region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
