Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around San Jose. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in landfill records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
