Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Summit Water Authority Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
