Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
