Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
