Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Hartford across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
