Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
