Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in ridership counts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
