Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
