Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on survey data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
