Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Birch Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
