Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Field Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Raleigh plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
