Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Vista Manufacturing is a Philadelphia manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
