Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Water Authority Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
