Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on complaint handling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
