Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Honolulu with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
