Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
