Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Willow Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
