Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Loom Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
