Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
