Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
