Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Cedar Meadow Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
