Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Denver. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
