Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Little Rock focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
