Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
