Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Charleston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
