Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
