Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
