Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Learning Group Associates and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
