Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wilder Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
