Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Nova Fern Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate trends in sanitation schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer specifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
