Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Timber Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
