Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Summit Property Management manages apartment communities around San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
