Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Summit Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Hartford. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
