Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Drift Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
