Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Oak Foods Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
