Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Colorado Springs design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fare systems. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
