Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Lumen Rowan Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
