Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on fare systems. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
