Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Atlanta with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
